Window pop-up every 5 minutes

folks,

I just setup cacti-0.8.6b newly and graph drawing is fine.
But I wonder why command prompt window pop-up every 5 minutes (when php.exe are executed via taskscheduler).
At least, such a thing could not be found ver0.8.5.
Is this correct?

Create a new user to handle the polling process. Then, in the scheduler, use that user to run the polling an not yours. This will eliminate the popups.
