SYSLOG Alert Command stopped working

I have bash script which executes php script and sends as sms
it worked perfectly but stopped working, seems that syslog not triggers it.
itself script from command is working.

in cacti `/usr/share/cacti/site/plugins/syslog/sendsms.sh '<MESSAGE>'`
how can I catch if syslog is executing this script or where find the problem ?
