Add_device script error

Hello,

im running cacti 8.8g. When i try to run the "add_device" script i get the following error:

Any ideas, how to to solve this?

did you update your PHP installation and forgot to add/update or install the mysql packages ?

I installed it manually with this tutorial using xampp:
