Problems installing cacti

Hello All

I am trying to install cacti 0.8.8 using xampp, I followed all the instructions my Apache server is online and mysql too, I did the modifications at the files with new password and user where was necessary, however when I execute this command
http://localhost/cacti the server returns the following error:

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. If you entered the URL manually please check your spelling and try again.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Error 404

localhost
Apache/2.4.17 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2d PHP/5.5.34
