How To change a Value from Decimal to Hex in a SNMP Query?

Hi,

my Problem is to change a Decimal value got by a SNMP query in a HEX Value.

|host_description| - Disk Busy (|query_fjdaryPfDiskPlun|) The red marked field must be changed from a DECIMAL in a HEX value.
Is it possible? If yes - How does it work?
