Unable to send notification emails via SNMP or Sendmail

Hello,

I tried endlessly searching for documentaiton on this error and there is plenty, however none with a viable solution. I still am unable to send mail using the SMTP protocol or Sendmail. Any help would be much appreciated!

Cacti Version: cacti-0.8.8b-7.el7
Settings Plugin: 0.71
THold Plugin: 0.5

Error when trying to send via Sendmail: DSN: Service unavailable
