How can display ip address,hardware address ?

hi
when in cacti add a switch by clicking on link Create Graphs for this Host
we see several column for each row as below picture
how can obtain 'IP Address' or 'Hardware Address' in weathermap and
display one of them inested of LABEL of node like:

NODE node-A
LABEL 'IP Address'
POSITION 100 20

Doesnt seem to work that way. You can probably write a script/plugin for it.

This is one of the most extensive maps and it still uses the LABEL to do it:
