Port numbers for the names

Hey.

Problem:
I want to name the switches, ports and bridges by the real numbers they have. Right now all ports f.e. have the same name so its difficult to identify each specific port. There are a lot of ports / Switches so i don't wanna do it manually so it would be nice if the work by adding a command then the name gets updated automatically.

Could someone help me out?

I could Change the names now, only Thing which is left that i would like to see the port numbers also... is there a way to add also the real port numbers to the title of the graph?
