Autom8 creating duplicate graphs

autom8 is creating duplicate graphs for my hosts each time they are re scanned. These are not duplicates of pre-existing graphs, but duplicates of graphs originally created by autom8.
I am running cacti 8.7h with plugin arch. 3.0 From what I could tell in the documentation, no patching is required when using plugin arch. 2.9 or higher. The included patch versions were only for 8.7d and 8.7e and the dry run tests with each failed, so I assumed they were not needed.

In the logs I see the following error when adding graphs:

When I run that query I get:
Unknown column 'output_type' in 'where clause'

Resolved by installing the latest version of autom8.
