cc2650 z stcak linux gateway cacti

Hi guys

I am working with z stack Linux gateway and cc2650 . I would like to send the data i.e temperature data to cacti. How is it possible. Anybody who has tried this. Could someone help me out . I am very new to this creating webserver. Kindly help me as soon as possible. Could someone give me the sample code or template
