Juniper BGP template not working

I have installed the juniper bgp template Please see attachments. (I could not attach the xml file here which I had imported in cacti....)

So my question is I am not able to get BGP graphs for MX 104 and MX5. I believe the juniper_bgp_prefix.xml file is not properly written. Can anyone help me fix the errors in this file?
