Issues after migrating Cacti to a new version -quite challen

I built a new rhel 7 linux server and installed cacti version 0.8.8b and then installed spine poller version 0.8.8f. After that I verified everything was working properly on one host that i was monitoring. After this I migrated the Cacti from the old linux rhel ver 5.x running cacti 0.8.7b, using the instructions pretty much from this link http://jeffw.net/2012/06/28/how-to-migr ... ther-host/. I dumped the database to the new server, i converted the rrds to xmls and then back on to the new server. After this when i try to run the cacti on my new server, or even if i try to run the spine poller manually i see the errors below. I did look online on the forums to see if I could find the same issues, I did find some posts that weren't really quite describing my issue or if there were any similar ones they were pretty old, like many years. any help is appreciated:
