Question: Get PHP WeatherMap outside of Cacti

Hello guys, I need someone lead me on how to call the weathermaps from a simple HTML page.

Drawing an idea, I want to do exactly what cacti does. Have a lil Tab on the top of my html page and when people click on it show the different maps with their clickable features (like click on the link and jump to the graph page, etc).
