Correct syntax to get Autom8 to add graphs to existing tree

I have Autom8 working perfectly for creating graphs, but my issue is with getting those graphs added to the tree.

I have created a tree (Applications -> Scanners -> MD).
Title of one graph I wish to add = |host_description| - CPU Usage
Template name of that graph = Fridh GT - ucd/net - systemStats - CPU Usage - Stacked
Device name = scannerMD01

For my graph tree rule, I have the settings as follows:
Leaf Item Type = Graph
Sub-Tree-Item = ---------Scanners

Rule Items => Eligible Objects
host.description begins with scannerMD

Rule Items => Create Tree
This is where is all falls apart. I can't quite figure out exactly what syntac to use to make the graph from scannerMD be created in the Applications -> Scanners -> MD and graphs for scannerVA to be created in the Applications -> Scanners -> VA tree and have the graphs keep their same titles.
