Graph times + details not woking

Hi All,
i'm new with cacti,
after installation and connecting 2 Switches, I got some Strangest bugs that are probably mis configuration on my side, but I don't know where.

Problem 1 - all Graph are not correct with the time of the server. I cant see a full time line. Pic is attached.

Problem 2 - if I'm clicking on the Graph - I'm getting a white screen.
