i am new in using Cacti. i installed Cacti on windows server 2012 and can monitor cisco switches interfaces successfully.
i need your help of how to insert/install (Settings plugin & thold plugin)

I hate to say it, but did you start by reading the documentation that came with each plugin? browsed through http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088 ?
