Official Thold release of version 0.6 and SNMPAgent

Hi,

I have seen that great work done by Snmpagent plugin developer to include snmp trap notifications for Thold thresholds. However the changes are only available in Thold version 0.6 (draft) located in Cacti SVN. The updates were done late 2014 and I am wondering when this version would officially be released.

I think this is an important and great feature and should be made available to all!
