Why does my graph navigation tree look different?
Hello,
I'm very new to Cacti, I've installed it and added a few devices but my navigation tree area looks different to others I've seen.
Mine sort of has a slightly yellow background with black text whilst others I've seen have blue links with '+' and 'i' icons.
I've blanked out the host names for privacy reasons.
Is there a setting somewhere to change this?
Chris

Re: Why does my graph navigation tree look different?
Ahhh I see. I did installed via yum package manager via epel repo. How do I manually upgrade?
..or should I just start again and install manually? ie. not via yum.

Re: Why does my graph navigation tree look different?
I'll back up my stuff then remove the install via yum, then install from source and try and import my previous data back in and perform an upgrade.
Re: Why does my graph navigation tree look different?
hmm, will need to see about getting that package maintainer to update as its seriously out of date...
You could also install the newer cacti bits over the existing Yum install - http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:1_inst ... ding_cacti

Thank you for your reply.
I ended up just starting again as I had only set this up a couple of days ago. I'm now running 0.8.8f
