Copy User broken in 0.8.8f?

I've tried copying LDAP and local users and it does not appear to be working on my installation. I get the form asking for the new user name, full name, etc and when I submit that I get no error but the new user is not added. I modified the <cacti>/cli/copy_user.php script to support LDAP users and it works there so the copy_user function appears to be working fine if passed the appropriate data. Before calling this a bug, can someone else let me know if it's working for them?

Attached is a crude patch to get user copy working. I did no regression testing. Use at your own risk.
