Template for Ubiquiti AirOS 5.6

Since AirOS 5.6 has come out of beta I have had to rework the templates.

Graphs now include:
Access Point:
CPU
Station Count
Uptime of the AP
Connected Client Graphs:
Negotiated air rate
Airmax quality/capacity
Combined link details (TX/RX Rate, Signal, Noise, Airmax)
Signal
Traffic (bits/sec, bytes/sec, 95th Percentile etc.)

They are still a WIP so any suggestions are welcomed.
