Hello dear support team,
I use cacti since 2005. I monitor here more vendors devices. Also more cisco routers which that I use as BRAS and get count of online users from this devices using 'SNMP - Generic OID template' (OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.194.1.1.1.0)
Now I want to get count of active subscribers from our new BRAS(Juniper MX-240). I use 'SNMP - Generic OID template' (OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.64.1.1.1.2) but got no result.
From server shell:
root@cacti:/usr/local/share/cacti # snmpwalk -c public -v 2c x.x.x.x .1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.64.1.1.1.2
SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.2636.3.64.1.1.1.2.0 = Counter64: 2
From BRAS cli:
root@Bras-MX240> show snmp mib walk .1.3.6.1.4.1.2636.3.64.1.1.1.2
jnxSubscriberActiveCount.0 = 2
root@Bras-MX240> show snmp mib walk jnxSubscriberActiveCount
jnxSubscriberActiveCount.0 = 2
root@Bras-MX240> show subscribers summary
