Graphs Hanging and Module not Found Error

Hi

After testing Cacti on a my Windows Xp workstation, i decided to install cacti on a windows 2003 server.

Win 2003
Cacti 8.6b + pre 8.6c patch files
Mysql 4.0.21
IIS 6
PHP 5.0

There are 2 issues that are occuring:

1. When Cacti is set up to use cmd.php the graphs are updated but when trying to view the graphs they hang on the screen and the grapohs do not appear. The web page does not fully load , if you click another button on the web page the graph is seen quickly and then disappears agian. I have tried this from various other client machines and the server itself but the issue is the same.

2. When i configure Cacti to use cactid v0.8.6.c the displaying graph issue is resolved but the graphs are not updated.
The log file states module not found for the MIBS which i am thinking is the issue, i have a enviroment variable of MIBSDIR=c:\php\mibs with the relevant MIb files contained in it.

At this stage i do not mind which option i use has anybody any ideas in a resolution?

1) Set the system environment variable:

MIBSDIR=c:\???\mibs (Read the install documenation)

2) Upgrade to PHP 5.0.2

It looks as though the Script Server is hanging.

Thanks for the reply, i double checked and i am running php version 5.0.2 and i also have the MIBSDIR enviroment variable entered correctly.

I have reverted back to the Cactid config and have it working i think , instead of using 127.0.0.1 as the hostname i changed it to the hostname of the server, not sure whether this was more coincidence rather than the fix

Although when running Cactid manually from the command line i still get the same module not found error to mibs that i have present in the c:\php\mibs directory and a Enviroment variable pointing to it?

Go into the c:\net-snmp\etc\snmp\ edit the snmp.conf file and remove all but the MIBDIRS entry. Also, please not MIBDIRS not MIBSDIR. I need glasses.
