Thold install problem

Helo,
my system is
Cacti Version 0.8.7g
PHP Version 5.3.8
OS FreeBSD 8.2-RELEASE
I am installing Thold plugin 0,5 version.
i copy thold folder to /usr/local/share/cacti/plugins, not add to config.php.
Then go to Plugin Management pressed Install plugin, Enable plugin.
I got thold tab in cacti interface, It looks ok, but I think that does not create needed tables in
my cacti db. I see errors in logs

Reviewed cacti db and dont find any tables with thold name.
How can i manualy create needed tables?
