How to upgrade thold 0.4.1 to 0.4.9??

Currently I am using Thold - version 0.4.1 (Cacti 0.8.7e, PIA-2.6) and I want to upgrade this plugin to 4.9. I already have 500+ threshold configured in the system. I want to know what is the process or steps I need to follow to upgrade this without impacting my existing threshold configurations.
