Getting 12 hour old graphs

Hi everyone; I'm sure this is a simple thing, but is there a way to pull up graph visuals or at least .csv data after 12 hours or more?

I also have found that my data is best represented from the real time view at 1 hour timespan. Is there a way to pull this data up 12 or more hours later?

You want more granularity in the graphs? if so, the RRA definitions need to be adjusted. http://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:8_rrdtool is a good place to start.
