Re-alert on Host down event

Hi all, I'm newbie to Cacti and currently using CactiEZ. I'm now trying to do a simple job "Get mail notification when a host go down and send mail on every 5 mins until someone fixed the problem. However, it not works for me and only ONE mail sent when host going down. I already configure below setting. Any clue on it? thank you!!

Poller
Failure Count = 2
Recovery Count - 3

Thresholds
Default Trigger Count=1
Re-Alerting = 1

Shifting from SolarWind to Cacti really make me crazy but I enjoy this challenge!!

Did you ever manage to solve this ?
I 've got the same issue .
I want a re-alert email notification on host down every day until fixed (recovery), but notification is not sent anymore after one or few instances.
