Graph show, but diagram no

Helo guys,
I have problem with cacti on windows server 2008 r2.
cacti works, graphs works, but I don´t see parameters of graph. (see on image)
Where I have a problem..?
I´m newbie with cacti.
Please help me..

Go to Console/Configuration/Settings/General and ensure that RRDTool Utility Version is set to the correct version under Required Tool Versions

also validate the rrdtool font is configured and valid.
