New QoS not showing up

Hi guys. I'm in a bit of trouble and thought you might point me in the right direction.
A few days ago I replaced an interface with another. In order to assure that I can roll back, I didn't move the QoS configuracion, but rather created a new one with the same access lists.

The thing is that the cbwfq.pl script is not finding the new policy.

Now I did some snmpwalk from shell and I can find the new policy.

if you click the green circle (forced reindex) next to that data query, does the verbose query show the updated interface?

No sir. Also, if call for a verbose query the output will not show it.

If manually running the cbwfq.pl script doesnt return the new interface(s)... then that script needs to be debugged to investigate why its failing.

I don't know how to do that.
Could the fact that both policies use the same classes make any difference?
Also... the interfaces are returned (by the interface script) it's the QoS that is not retrieved.

EDIT: I'm thinking maybe this is not a cacti/script error, but maybe it's the router that is not adding the new policy to the index.

I don't know how to do that.

Run the same command Cacti is running (and displayed in the verbose output): perl /var/www/html/scripts/cbwfq.pl 10.161.247.235 ***** query class

and/or open the script and figure out how its obtaining the information and manually run those queries to figure out where the data retrieval process is breaking. Post this problem on the thread where you obtained this script yet?

It's hard work to debug something... specially when I'm not a programmer. I've a VERY basic notion, so I made my way (I think)

Did find one thing, that I don't know if it is related. The script_query is calling methods that are not implemented in the perl script.
Eg

I mean the "num_index". also the "query class" method is not implemented. It does not show an error because "query" alone is a valid option. I guess I could write a "num_index" method, which I ASSUME returns an integer (again, not sure if this would fix something).
Even better (if I can find it) is to get the correct scrip_query or the correct template for this version of the pl script.

Regarding your question about posting it @ the original plugin post: no I did not. I found this in other related posts. If you (or anyone) happen to have a link to that post, it would be awesome.
