Cacti graph stop poller until rebuild poller cache

Hi all

Does anyone experience the cacti graph suddenly stop polling until manually "Rebuild poller cache"?
After upgrade to 0.8.8c with 2008R2 64bits, my cacti work fine already few monthly.
And now this few week are suddenly stop polling until manually "Rebuild poller cache"
The missing graph happen to all my graph

Below are log which I turn on debug mode and manually "Rebuild poller cache"

MySQL error 145 is crashed tables. run \cacti\cli\repair_database.php

I am too facing the same problem. In same week it happened two time.
Polling stop for all devices/graphs and have to do rebuild poller cache to start it.

Does anyone have permanent solution for this problem?
