RouterConfigs Problem

Hi,

I am currently trying to set up RouterConfigs but am not having much luck. When trying to perform a backup of a switch nothing appears to happen and it shows 0 backups next to the switch name. As a point of note as this might be related I am also having the same problem on ConfigStore but I understand the developer is no longer actively supporting this plugin. We also have a second cacti server which is currently using ConfigStore and is working fine but we need to move everything across to the new server and from what I can tell they are configured the same way.

I am able to manually back up from the switch so TFTP is working fine on the server.

The debug screen on both ConfigStore and RouterConfigs shows nothing at all in it.

We have a TACACS server which does not show anything in it's logs when trying to perform the backup so we don't believe it is getting that far.

We are running CactiEZ 0.8.8a, please let me know what other information you need.

Any information which could help me resolve this would really be appreciated as I've been working on this all week and haven't gotten anywhere. And please go easy on me as I am new to Linux!
