I'm getting this message too.

PHPSVR: Poller[0] DEBUG: PHP Script Server Shutdown request received, exiting

¿Is there a way to contact you? I have an issue regarding Radware Alteon which is not being included on the Poller. I already have some graphs and templates working, but regarding this template, the poller doesn't report the Data Source. I'm using Cacti version 0.8.8c.

I really would appreciate you can contact me to check this since I need to monitor some devices ASAP.

what os and php version?
What custom php scripts are you using?
after enabling cacti debug mode logging, when does that error occur? always after the same device or script?
