Netapp-Volumes Chart problem

Hi, All
I'm a beginner to use Cacti and I just try to monitor Netapp2520.

I got the template from:

My Volumes details:
Vol1 : total about 2.45TB, 385GB available.
Vol2 : total about 200GB, 128GB available.

Problem:
Vol2 looks nice and show all the data correctly(used/Available/Total)

Vol1 only can get the data from Available, the used&Total is "-nan"

I'm not sure if the 2.45TB is too huge and out of the range.
Please help me, many thanks.
