Support for IPv4 / IPv6 counters (IP-MIB / RFC 4293)

Hi

Would like to know if there already exist plugins, plans, ... for implementing RFC 4293 (IP-MIB)? In particular, I am looking for IPv4 and IPv6 counters (located at 1.3.6.1.2.1.4.31.3). If not, I would be willing to support / implement something (might need some support, since at the moment only cacti user).
