Monitor Interfaces

I need to to graph interface utilization bps. I have setup these graphs for each individual switch. Now, I need to create one graph that contains interface performance statistics from different switches on one graph.

switch 1: interface 4/1
switch 2: interface 2/1
switch 3: interface 5/1

Basically, I am trying to create a performance utilization graph for our wan links.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. I started with Cacti about a week or so ago.
