Template - "restore to factory defaults"

Post by bakerrd »

Hi,

I'm using Cacti to monitor IP SLA statistics (template: http://forums.cacti.net/about19542.html).
Everything was ok until today. I add new ipsla graphs to some new devices. After half hour I back to watch the graphs but IP SLA graph not working and other graphs for this devices stops to draw (other ip sla graphs which were added earlier works ok).

Image

In Console > Devices > [HOST] > Graph List > [Host] - SAA Basic (TEST) I've got:

RRDTool Command:

/usr/bin/rrdtool graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=-86400 \
--end=-300 \
--title='[HOST] - SAA Basic (TEST)' \
--base=1000 \
--height=120 \
--width=800 \
--alt-autoscale-max \
--lower-limit='0' \
--vertical-label='ms' \
--slope-mode \
--font TITLE:8: \
--font AXIS:8: \
--font LEGEND:8: \
--font UNIT:8: \
DEF:a='/usr/share/cacti/rra/[HOST]_int_numpsd_136233.rrd':'rtt':AVERAGE \
LINE1:a#FF0000FF:'RTT Ave' \
GPRINT:a:LAST:'Last\:%8.2lf%s' \
GPRINT:a:MIN:'Min\:%8.2lf%s' \
GPRINT:a:AVERAGE:'Ave\:%8.2lf%s' \
GPRINT:a:MAX:'Max\:%8.2lf%s\n' \
COMMENT:'Type\: 1, Status\: 1, Count\: 0, Size\: 28B, Port\: 0' \
HRULE:1000#0000FFFF:'Threshold\: 1000.00'

RRDTool Says:

ERROR: opening '/usr/share/cacti/rra/[HOST]_int_numpsd_136233.rrd': No such file or directory

I delete one of problem devices and readd it with standard graphs - everything works ok. After when I add IP SLA statistics problem returns.

I think the RRA directory have right permissions because other graphs works ok. It's highly probable that I destroy something in this template. How can I fix this (restore to factory defaults this template)?

Additional information:
Cacti Version 0.8.8b
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.5
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.3.x
Poller - Spine

Thanks for help!
