could not set manage setting in device properties

Hi All
I install manage 0.6.2 version on cacti 0.8.8c server, and place tcp.php on scripts folder, then import cacti_graph_template_tcp.xml, then try to add a a tcp template in "data template", then I find 2 issues:
(1), I try to delete this template that I add, after delete, it still exist.
(2), I enable manage function and set (a)image(b)TCP Ports Template(c)select and group, then save, I find these three setting return to "none", only "manage host" still "selected".

who has similar experience like me ?
