routerconfigs Not Running Automaticly

I have routerconfigs 0.3.1 installed and working manually with 0.8.8b but I won't run on its own. If I do a manual backup it works fine, just not automaticly.

I know there is a shell script to run that backs up the needed devices however there is nothing in the config to about creating a cron for it.
