PostgreSQL graph

Hi,
I am a newbie and I am an intern in a company. I'm trying to improve my skills and I want to ask is it possible to take data from PostgreSQL endpoints_dyninfo table to graph ?(ncallsin and ncallsout values). I recently did random number script graph and some ping latency etc. My OS is CentOS 6.2.
