Hi I am new to Cacti and was responsible for moving our server to a new physical location. I updated the IP address on the machine but no data shows on the graphs. The person who did set it up is no longer with us.
Here are the specs of the install:
OS: Server 2008 R2
Web: IIS 7
Spine: Couldn't find it
MySQL: 5.1
PHP: 5.2.14
RRDTool: 1.2.4
Net-SNMP: 5.5
Cygwin: 1.7.32
I saw some posts about changing the time zone since we did move from Eastern to Central, so I did that in the php.ini file but nothing. The graphs are there and they are showing the correct axis as far as time period updating but nothing on the graphs. We haven't changed any authentication. We have 6 devices with 2 up for a Status but 0 for the event count and the rest are down. If I click on one of the down ones, I see an SNMP error in red underneath the name. I can ping the new server from the network devices and update DNS records. This was working perfectly until the move and IP change. Is there another location I need to change the IP address? Thanks for any assistance or suggestions, anyone may have!
Just moved server, changed IP address, graphs not updating

IP address stuff is solely in the OS and web server.
Time zone needs to be correct and in sync in the OS, php.ini, and web server (if applicable).
Forget to allow the new IP through the firewalls/hosts allowances? sounds like a likely cause for the no snmp response.
Any errors when the poller runs?
