Help with Graph Template

Post by hcandy »

Hi There,

I've mucked things up and had to redo my graph template for "Interface - Traffic (bits/sec)". Now when I go re-apply it (graph template -> change graph template) , I can see that the Inbound Data Source gets populated but not the Outbound Data Source (please see graph attached).

Is there a quick way to fix this or check why the Outbound Data Source doesn't get populated?

Thanks.

Andy

For individual graphs just click on the drop down and pick the right Data Source.

To fix the root cause, check that the data query is properly configured. In the menu bar on the left side of the screen in the "Collection Methods" section click on Data Queries. Click on the query "SNMP - Interface Statistics". Click on the graph template in the list that is giving you the problem. Make sure both traffic_in and traffic_out have query items selected from the drop downs and then way over on the right make sure both check boxes are checked. Eg.
