ERROR: Template contains more DS definitions than RRD

what meaing..??

This means that for some reason cacti thinks more data sources exist in that .rrd file than what is really there. This could also be due to a script not returning as many values as it should.

Have you created any data input sources with multiple outputs? I have a feeling that is the seed of the problem.

Of course if you are not experiencing any other issues because of this error, I see not reason to worry about it as it only seems to be affecting one data source.
