Find ifIndex based on rrd_path

I'm making a small MySQL request, and I need to find an ifIndex based on the rrd filepath, I've been given.
But I'm stuck, because I don't understand where to find the ifIndex.

You should probably explain what you are trying to do in more detail, as your posting doesn't really give us much to go off of. What are you trying to accomplish?
