Inbound Data Source - lost after template import

Post by ffffffff »

Hi,

I have been using cacti for 3 years to see the interface traffics of routers and switches.
Last day, I imported the template of "Cisco ASA 55XX", and from then, it seems to get wrong.

It has nothing wrong in displaying graphs of devices I registered BEFORE the import.

But for the devices I registered AFTER the import (not only ASAs but others also),
the "Inbound Data Source" gets lost (the pulldown shows "None") and the graphs would not appear.
Also, two lines of the "Inbound Data Source" appears.
To correct this, I need to manually set the proper Inbound Data Source in both lines.

I have attached some screenshots.

Can someone provide any directions or scripts to work it out?
I will greatly appreciate your kindness. Thanks.

Probably your best bet is to restore the mysql db from backup, as clearly the import has corrupted some of the template(s). your cacti is many releases behind too, which possibly already has this bug fixed.
