[solved] Cacti Has stopped graphing

I have an issue with my cacti server running on windows 2008r2. I had an issue where one of our guys left the logs on and as we had a smallish HDD the drive filled up. this is a virtual machine running in Hyper V so I expanded the disk and it worked again no problem. However, the graphs are presented with no data in them, I have checked the permissions and nothing has changed, but there is nothing in the poller cache even though it has been rebuilt. I am fairly new to this and set it up about 18 months ago. Most of the issues I have had along the way I have managed to find fixes for in your forums but this one has stumped me. Any help would be appreciated. If you would like me to post logs etc let me know.

Check your MySQL Databases, I bet one of them requires repairing.

I found the issue, it was with the poller_output. I repaired it and everything is working now. Thanks for the pointer.
