No Zoom possible

Hi,
I can not zoom a graph. No graph is shown.
The graph properties are:
c:/rrdtool/rrdtool.exe graph - \
--imgformat=PNG \
--start=1408806144 \
--end=1408806141 \
...
The start time is after end.

From the cacti log:

Other problems or errors are not in the log.


In the rrd with one datasource i have defined 3 RRA:
1 second : 31 days
1 minute : 1 year
5 minute: 3 years.

I tested the actual version of rrdtools (1.4.8 ) and also the cygwin version on cacti.net (1.2.x).
In both cases is it the same problem.

Cacti Version 0.88b on Windows 8 x86, with Wampserver.

Why use cacti not the correct start time?
