Cacti 8.8b - Interface Graphs not working at all.

Hi,

I am hoping for some desperate help.

I had a great install running, however a plugin for Brocade ICX completely changed my Cacti setup. It changed my Graph selections from In/Out Bits, to In/Out Bits 32 and 64 bit. Since then my graphs no longer work and I am greeted with The RRD file does not exist. See attachments.

A graph debug shows;

RRDTool Says:
ERROR: opening '/var/www/html/rra/as1_cn3_traffic_in_729.rrd': No such file or directory

A Datasource Debug shows;

I think the issue starts to begin here in the logs;

134 RRD's processed, I believe this to be the graphs that are working, CPU/MEM/Free mem.

Also the poller cache is only showing the above graphs in the cache, the interface graphs are not.

So I know why the graphs are not generating, but unable to work out why they are not being polled to generate.
Am I able to extract the hosts/graphs/graph trees into a new Cacti configuration.

If I run the RRD in CLI, the graph generates some info;

eg
