Weathermap is not working

Hello guys, can you help me fixing this from the scratch?.

I installed cacti successfully and the graphs shows very well since the poller.php is polling it fine in every 5 mins. Then I installed weathermap plugin in it, but my basic map(name - test) with conf "simple.conf" is not working. It's been over 24 hours and nothing changes in the map.

How to get this map working properly? and more features(images) to it for customization?.

Also how to output the map to a html file to view it on browser?.

You need to give a better problem report than "not working properly".

What *is* it doing? Do you get output? Is it unexpected?

What did you do? What do the cacti logs say? What do the apache error logs say?

Does the map appear in the list of maps, in Manage..Weathermaps?

i keep having this issue as attached on this forum.i have tried to change modification but it experiencing the same thing.

You are changing the permission on the directory, not the config file.

Try "chown www-data configs/simple.conf"
