Monitoring mounted disks on Windows

Post by beatfried »

Hi :)

Pretty new here but working with cacti since years with my first problem here and now.

I'd like to monitor some partitions on Windows installations (Server 2008 R2 and Server 2012 R2) that are not connected to a drive letter but mounted to a path (ex.: C:\mnt\disk1) because there are to many disks connected to this server (Exchange & Fileserver).

First I hoped I just can use my "get mounted partitions" data query which works for the drives with driveletters but doesn't work for the drives that are mounted to a path.

Now, does anybody of you have the same problem? Do you have a solution?

I really appreciate any help you can provide.
