I have applied a standard bandwidth graph to display in/out traffic and bandwidth. However, the graph does not display on the tree where I put it although the link displays OK and works when I click it. For other graphs the link initially displays briefly to be replaced by the graph. With the bandwidth graph, this is not the case.
Clicking on the link shows the data is polling OK and the rrd exists.
I cannot see an obvious solution either here on the forum or in other documentation.
This is the command under the link: graph_image.php?local_graph_id=84&rra_id=0&graph_height=100&graph_width=300&graph_nolegend=true&view_type=tree&graph_start=1405911030&graph_end=1405997430
If anyone can advise whats going on here and what is needed to sort it out I would be most grateful.
many thanks.
Keith

Re: Bandwidth graph not visible
I've never seen it happen to just one graph, but still try this: http://docs.cacti.net/faq#initial_graph_does_not_appear

Re: Bandwidth graph not visible
Linegod, many thanks for your response.
I checked the link and saw this:
I don't see any graphs on the main graph page, but when I click on one, I see 4 graphs with data.
This can happen when you have the wrong version of RRDTool selected in Cacti. Set it by going to Settings and applying the proper RRDTool Utility Version.
Sounds close enough to me.
I checked the rrdtool version installed: Package rrdtool (1.2.30-1) installed in root is up to date.
I checked the cacti settings and rrdtool 1.2.x is selected. So it all looks good on that front.
I have just noticed I face a similar issue with Combined Protocol traffic graphs also.

Re: Bandwidth graph not visible
Can be closed. Without making any specific configuration change it now all works fine.
