Time instance for Max

A quick question on Cacti graph.

My yearly graph is able to tell me whats the Max value that is observed (e.g. 14 Gbps). However, am I able to get the exact date and time in which the max value occurred? If so, how should I go about doing it?

Tried searching for a solution to this but can't seem to find any. Appreciate the help.
